Everything is included to install this 12,000 Btu, 20 SEER DC Inverter Series Wall Split Air Conditioner & Heat Pump with environment safe R410A refrigerant. This system comes standard with an indoor unit (evaporator), outdoor unit (condenser), LCD remote control, wiring, and 24.6' "Quick Connect" flexible stainless steel refrigerant line set. The 20 SEER inverter compressors run more smoothly and efficiently, saving you significant money on your monthly bills and extending the compressor life. This Harbor Point® has the premium Panasonic® compressor and also features the better airflow of advanced remote controlled secondary Horizontal Auto Sweep: Auto remote Up, Down & Right and Left airflow controls mean never getting on a stool to reach into the fan/louver area with fingers like how obsolete brands blow.

New temperature operating range lets this heat pump unit operate at outdoor temperatures below 0. Save money on installation with our pre-charged line set. Our special push and lock connector takes seconds to hook up and the system is fully charged and ready to go. Connect our Plug-and-Go fitting and the whole system is charged without the use of a vacuum pump, gauges or refrigeration.

Federal Tax Credit

The unit is eligible for a Federal Tax Credit as verified by AHRI testing. As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, tax credits are available at 30% of the installed cost, up to $1500 in 2009 and 2010 (for existing homes only).

What is Inverter Technology?

Traditional A/C & Heat Pumps have single speed compressors that run until the set temperature is reached, then shut down. As the ambient temperature varies from the set temperature the compressor switches on again, and this cycle repeats itself. The DC Inverter compressor is smarter, more advanced. Rather than turning on and off, it instead adjusts its operating speed and capacity to maintain the set temperature and eliminates the frequent stopping and starting required by standard systems. This creates substantial energy savings and also reduces wear on the system by eliminating the continual on/off cycles.
